According to Amazon, they have planned to recruit under the Virtual Customer Service Program, due to which the workers can work from home due to Corona epidemic.

These recruitment will be in Indore, Bhopal, Noida, Kolkata, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore, Chandigarh, Mangalore and Lucknow. According to the company, employees will have to help customers in shopping. Under which they will have to communicate through mail, social media, chat and phone. Due to which the qualification of these posts has been kept 12th. The candidates who apply for these posts should have a good knowledge of one language in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada or Telugu.
